It is important all conditions of your case to be completed:
- If your package did not arrive on time please write to us. We will make everything we can to help you.
Our processing time usually takes business 1-3 days. After that delievery time depends from post service. Sometimes international parcels are poorly tracked. If there were no movements for a long time with your track number, it can be caused by changes at your local post service. Also the delay can be caused by customs. Unfortunately we can not influence this in any way. If 30 days have passed since the order was placed and the parcel is still not delivered, write to us and we will make a request for our mail. They will try to find the parcel. If it is lost, we will offer you a free replacement or refund. Please be patient. We appreciate you, and we want our goods to make you happy!
- Please don't send any items back to us until you have not completed a Return Request and have not recieved a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Any returns recieved without an RA Number will not be processed.
- Any return items must be unused and unwashed and in original package.
- As soon as we approve your return we will send you details and further steps.
- When we will receive the return it will take up to 5 business days to process your request. In case of exchange we will contact you to discuss options.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the order date.
- We may ask you to provide photos if an item is damaged or fault or the wrong size.
- We also need a tracking number for returns. Please send us tracking number of the parcel when you ship to return.
Customers will need to cover the cost of returning any items to us unless an item is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order.
